A life long resident of Greer, Susan knows many local business people, knows several generations of families in the Upstate and knows properties all over the Upstate. Graduating from Greer High School and then from Furman University with a B.A. in English, she taught English in Spartanburg and Greenville county schools for 32 years. She is married to Walter M. Burch, retired co-owner and co-publisher of The Greer Citizen. They raised two children who now reside in Charleston with their spouses and have 3 grandchildren. Susan has sold real estate since 1973 and she joined Prudential C. Dan Joyner as a full time agent in 2003. Since 2003, she has been the top listing agent for four years and the top agent in her office for the last three years. A Fine Homes Specialist, Relocation Speciality and a graduate GRI, she was selected into Prudential’s Leading Edge Society and President’s Circle.
