Charee McConchie is a native Greenvillian who takes pride in her hometown. After a successful career in development in Washington, DC and Chapel Hill, NC, Charee and her family fulfilled a long held desire to return to Greenville. Charee holds a unique perspective of being from Greenville and also having moved several places over the past 10 years. This experience enables her to understand the needs and wants of both locals and people relocating to the area. She loves listening to people and then using that information to help individuals get the most potential for themselves. Charee understands the practicalities of buying and selling a home and the need to take time with each client to make sure they are fully informed of all the options before them.
In her spare time, Charee enjoys reading, hiking all the great trails close to home, and spending time with her two children, Tally and Ben, and her husband, Marty. She is also an active member of the YMCA and Christ Church Episcopal Preschool.
