Providing Real Estate Services in Anderson, SC and Surrounding Areas
A lifelong native of the Upstate, Stephanie delivers an informed and established approach to buying real estate. To appreciate Stephanie’s skill set means going back to her first career: Office Manager for her family business, Williamson Golf Car Accessories. For 19 years, Stephanie refined her communication skills, resolving concerns for the public; she protected her family’s interests with her notable attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Thinking logically and multi-tasking helped her family’s business flourish. As time went on, Stephanie’s secret love for real estate began to grow to more than just an interest. In February of 2017, she decided to take her skills on a new venture – her real estate license gave her the legal knowledge to sell homes, but her personal story is what has helped her best serve her clients.
Stephanie has purchased 3 homes in her lifetime. She purchased her first home at the sweet, young age of 20. Recalling that experience, Stephanie remembered her questions and fears, which gave her the inspiration to really help first time home buyers understand and thrive in their experience. Years later, Stephanie stepped into home ownership as a single mother. There is something uniquely empowering and equally terrifying, when you are investing in a home as a single parent. Stephanie understands the concerns and joys associated with this.
Those close to Stephanie laud her for her outgoing and approachable personality – and they celebrate her ability to listen. The mark of an good agent is measured by her ability to truly listen to the concerns and desires of her client, and the mark of an excellent agent is measured by her ability to observe and understand some of the unspoken concerns and desires. Stephanie’s long career with the public enables her to do this with ease, offering her clients a level of service that only she can perceive!
When Stephanie isn’t feeding her real estate joy by walking through houses or catching up on late night episodes of HGTV, you can find her enjoying her two daughters, Brooklyn (22) and Drennon (10). Her newest obsession is a toy – well, a toy poodle – Remi! If you want to strike up a conversation with Stephanie, be sure to ask her about college football, shopping or traveling! If you’re looking for Stephanie around town, you might find her at Hope Fellowship Church or learning about our great town with this year’s Leadership Anderson class! Described by her children as “sassy,” Stephanie brings a fun and inspiring approach to helping her clients find their dream home.
We are so excited to have Stephanie as part of The Clever People family, and we invite you to make her a part of yours!
