Dan Bryant, Director of Career Development, understands that the C. Dan Joyner REALTORS’ Career Center is a cornerstone of the company and its culture. In concept, it is a planned foundation for growth of the individual agent and their particular needs, with a highly customized approach to training and coaching. Dan brings a practitioner’s perspective to training and coaching that can’t be matched. He previously worked with the company as a residential sales agent and trainer from 2002 through 2007. He has spent the past five years with HSF Affiliates in Irvine, California as Senior Learning Specialist – Manager, Lead REsource and Manager, Service Consulting. This provides Dan with an unparalleled understanding of the corporate sales, marketing, lead generation and training resources available to our associates.
The Career Center works in conjunction with each office’s Broker in Charge to tailor a training and development plan for each individual agent. Together, they are able to optimize efforts to help new agents get their business up and running as quickly as possible. These same combined efforts and shared dedication set the tone for a coaching experience to enable experienced agents to set and reach their next professional and sales goals.

(Productive Agent Techniques Habits Skills) is a four-week agent productivity course. PATHS combines instructor-led sessions with manager weekly coaching and accountability sessions. Instructor-led sessions meet once a week for 6 hours depending on questions and interactions. PATHS combines business development strategies and skill practices with accountability to help sales professionals interact successfully with home buying and selling prospects.
The goal of the course for participating agents is to obtain at least one unit of production within 14 days of completion of the course in either one of the following categories:
– Listing taken
– Listing sold
– Buyer-controlled sale
