Dan Joyner is a lifelong resident of Greenville, South Carolina. He earned a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Furman University and remains
an integral part of the alumni there. Dan has served as President of the Greater
Greenville Chamber of Commerce, President of the National Furman Alumni Association,
Campaign Chairman and President of the United Way and Greenville County President
of the March of Dimes. In addition, he serves on the Community Foundation Board
and as Chairman of the Board of the Commerce Club. He is actively serving on the
Board of Trustees of the Greenville Hospital System, the Peace Center and has
served over 30 years on the Board of Trustees for the CCB.
Dan has previously held the positions of Regional Vice President and President
of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS. He also served as Regional Vice
President of the National Association of REALTORS, and is a National Director
of N.A.R. Dan was selected by N.A.R. as one of the 50 out of one million REALTORS
for DSA award.
Dan was awarded the Order of the Palmetto (South Carolinas highest award) in
1998, by the Governor. He has been honored as Greenvilles REALTOR of the Year
twice and South Carolina REALTOR of the Year. In 2002, he was selected as National
Prudential Broker of the Year and named to the Prudential Hall of Fame. He has
been named by The Greenville News as one of the top 25 most influential people in the upstate.
Like his father, Danny Joyner has lived in Greenville all his life and is an
alumni of Furman University. Danny has worked with the company for more than 15
years, starting in property management and has worked his way through the company
by doing appraisals, insurance and residential sales. He began working in the
commercial division in 1996 and now as senior vice president and general manager
of commercial division, he manages 21 brokers and development projects such as
The Preserve at Parkins Mill, a new exclusive neighborhood development, and Ridgeland
at the Park, a 42-unit luxury condominium development overlooking Cleveland Park.
In the last few years, he has overseen numerous land acquisitions and transactions
including the property being used for the new Kroc Center, the Historic Chamber
Building and Kent Court.
David Crigler has been with Prudential C. Dan Joyner Company for more than 19
years and broker-in-charge for 12. Crigler has worked in many different divisions
within the company as well including property management, insurance, residential
sales and commercial. As senior vice president and general manager of residential,
Crigler manages the brokers-in-charge of 10 offices throughout the Upstate, oversees
corporate programming such as Fine Homes and the New Homes Division as well as
oversees marketing and strategic planning of the residential division. He also
serves as broker-in-charge of the Augusta Road office.
Evelyn K. Young has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. With
her vast knowledge of real estate, she has contributed in many capacities in the
field. She was appointed as the Fourth Congressional District Representative for
the South Carolina Real Estate Commission in 1996 and has served as Board Member,
Secretary, Vice Chairman, and Chairman since that time. She was nominated as President
of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors and has also been named REALTOR of the year.
She has been consistently involved with the South Carolina Association of REALTORS
at both the state and national level throughout her career, and was installed
in the REALTOR Hall of Fame in 2006. In addition, she was named 1994 Career Woman
of the Year by the Spartanburg Business & Professional Womens Club and has
served as an officer for the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce. As Co-Owner of Westchester
Development and Sterling Estates, she has been involved in the development and
marketing of several subdivisions. Her strong experience and expertise in the
real estate business speaks highly of the integrity and reputation of the Prudential
