I am a native Greenvillian and graduated from Eastside High School and The University of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing. Prior to real estate, I was a buyer for a major foodservice company. I have been a REALTOR since 2002 and in those nineteen years, I have been ranked in the top 25 Realtors in Greenville and the top 4% in the nation. My team, The Spaulding Group, has been a top sales team since 2009 and we have been ranked in the top 1/2 of 1% worldwide at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate in 2010 through 2020. My team was the #1 team for our company in 2017 and 2020. I currently reside on the Eastside of Greenville with my husband and two dogs. My son, Alex, is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is working in Atlanta. My daughter, Emily, is a 2015 graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 2018 graduate of Wake Forest School of Law and is practicing Real Estate Law in Greenville. I have served on the PTA boards of Oakview Elementary, Riverside Middle, Beck Academy and JL Mann High School. I am very involved in my neighborhood, the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and the United Way of Greenville. I was the 2012 Chairwoman of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council, and I serve on the Board of the Palmetto Society. I was the 2014 Chairwoman of MLS and served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. I will assist you in both your buying and selling needs.
