James is originally from Ft Lauderdale, FL and resided in Orlando for many years before calling Greenville, SC home. After high school, he joined the Army Reserve as a Medic. While in Orlando, he met his beautiful wife, Sarah, and they eventually had their wonderful son, Dean. James worked for a decade in banking before his family decided they wanted to raise their son in the beautiful Greenville area and made the move. After having negative experiences with previous real estate agents, James decided that becoming a realtor was his calling. Due to his many years of service to customers and patients in other industries, and because of his extreme attention to detail and relationship building strengths, James prides himself on ensuring his clients' best interests are being looked out for. His main focus is on education and making every client he interacts with (on either side of a transaction) feel they are getting the most guidance and protection they can in what is likely one of the largest transactions they'll make. Integrity, loyalty, and honesty are the core values he dedicates to every interaction he has in and out of real estate.
