Payton is originally from Akron, Ohio. After graduating from high school she began studying business and communications at Kent State, where she later on decided that college was not the best path for her. She then went on to have two babies and eventually decided to transition to a full time stay at home mom. She was living in Ohio, but was not fond of the winters and the brutally cold weather that comes with living in the midwest. Her and her family decided to uproot and take a chance to move 600 miles away from everything they knew to come to Greenville. They immediately fell in love with the area and knew that this was their new home. Her love for this city grew into something bigger, she wanted to help other people find a place they enjoyed being and a place they could call home.  Being a stay at home mom for almost three years, she knew she wanted more for herself and her family and she has always had an interest in real estate and helping others. She proceeded to immerse herself in real estate studies for the next upcoming year and eventually get licensed as a realtor in South Carolina. Payton has made this passion a reality and is ready to service her new clients. Her time as a stay at home mom and a waitress for several years helped Payton gain important skills like strong communication, quick thinking, problem solving, resilience, patience, and multitasking. That allows her to provide the best service to her clients. She prides herself on having great negotiation, communication, and marketing skills. Her goal is to make sure each client feels comfortable and at ease with the process of buying and selling a home. She ensures her clients can count on her every step of the way.
