Having called Travelers Rest home his entire life, Cash has been a primary witness to the growth and economic boom the city has seen over the past 15 years. Born into a family of bankers, Cash always imagined life in the corporate world, working 9-5, and spending the day in a cubicle. After graduating from Travelers Rest High School in 2021 and spending a semester as a business major at Greenville Technical College, he quickly learned that wasn't the life he wanted. Soon after, Cash, influenced by his Dad and Godfather who are both Real Estate Appraisers, decided to pursue a career in the business. He earned his Real Estate Sales license in December of 2024 and has been working in the field ever since. Nearly a year into his career, Cash has learned that Real Estate is equal parts grit, heart, and genuine connection and prides himself in implementing all 3 attributes into his business. In his free time, you can find him on a baseball field, walking along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, or spending time with his family and friends.
