Hi, I’m Cody Smith, a South Carolina native who grew up along the beautiful coast of the state. Growing up with a love for the outdoors, I’ve always enjoyed spending time on the water, fishing, and exploring everything South Carolina has to offer. Today, I continue to enjoy those same activities while spending quality time with my family.

I recently made the move to Greenville to be closer to family and begin my career in real estate in the Upstate. As I build my career and become more connected to the Greenville community, I’m excited to help others discover everything this area has to offer.

My goal is to make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless, enjoyable, and rewarding as possible. Having recently made a move myself, I understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
