In early 2015, Ed retired from the health care industry where, for the last 35 plus years, he worked in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and retirement communities. Prior to retiring Ed was the executive director of a Brookdale Senior Living community in Hendersonville North Carolina, since 2008. He is a licensed Community Residential Care Facilities Administrator in South Carolina and attended LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pa. where he received a BS degree, and attended Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pa. receiving his MBA.
Wanting to stay active in his retirement, Ed decided to take a real estate course and received his license through Greenville Technical College. He joined the Senior Services Division at the Pelham Road office of C. Dan Joyner in June 2015.

Ed is a hardworking, caring, friendly, dedicated, honest person, with experience helping seniors, in particular, with housing and health services choices. As a REALTOR with these qualifications, he seeks to help his clients in the search of the right solutions for their individual needs. He also understands the family dynamics involving living arrangements and health services necessary for the safety of a loved one. In his off time, he loves woodworking, cruising, and writing – he is a published author of a children’s book. Ed, and his wife Vickie, live in Travelers Rest, SC., and have four grandchildren.
