So dust off your bikes, lace up your helmets, and get ready to explore some of Upstate SC’s hidden gems!

Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail – Greenville, SC
Hours: Dawn to Dusk –– Admission: Free
This Greenville County gem stretches 28 miles (and is still growing!), connecting Greenville, Travelers Rest, and Fountain Inn. Whether you’re after a car-free commute or a leisurely Sunday ride with stunning scenery, the Swamp Rabbit Trail delivers.
Conestee Nature Preserve – Greenville County, SC
Hours: Dawn to Dusk –– Admission: Free (donations encouraged)
Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature on this scenic trail. Keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife as you ride through the preserve. This trail is a fantastic option for a peaceful escape.
Paris Mountain State Park – Greenville County, SC

Fants Grove Trail – Anderson County, SC

On this moderate route, leave the city behind and experience the serenity of the woodlands of Clemson Experimental Forest. The trail system offers something for everyone, from a quick spin to a more challenging ride.
Mary Black Rail Trail – Spartanburg, SC
