Mr. K’s Used Books

Located in Verdae, Mr. K’s is a haven for fans of used books, movies, CDs, vinyl, board games and video games. The Greenville location is one of three, with other locations in Asheville, NC and Johnson City, TN. They stock thousands of books on a regular basis. They also have a trade-in program, so make sure to bring in some books you’re done with for some store credit.
M. Judson Booksellers
130 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601
M. Judson Booksellers is a true Greenville staple. Located downtown in the old Greenville County Courthouse, they aim to be a literary hub for the upstate, emphasizing local authors and creating community. They also offer a wide variety of experiences, including conversations with authors, baking classes, book-inspired wine pairings and more. Camilla Kitchen is also inside, featuring great coffee and pastries, perfect to enjoy with a book.

Fiction Addiction
130 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601
Fiction Addiction has been in business in Greenville for over 20 years, throughout different locations but never straying from the East Side. It began as a used bookstore, but settled into offering the personalized, curated selection they have now. They were founded by a publishing veteran in 2001 and strive to be the friendliest of Greenville bookstores. They stock many signed books as well and host many conversations with local authors. Plus, they’re located right across the street from our Midtown office.
Angel’s BookShoppe

Angel’s Bookshoppe is a Greenville bookstore pared down to its essentials. Think many huge, overflowing wooden bookshelves. The owners are rare book collectors with a vast supply, who decided to sell their collection here. However it isn’t just rare books. They stock all types of books, so you’re bound to find something you like here.
As the Page Turns
32 S Main St, Travelers Rest, SC 29690
As the Page Turns is the largest independent bookstore in Upstate, SC. Located on main street in Travelers Rest, it’s in the perfect spot to drop in after an expedition on the Swamp Rabbit Trail or after a crepe from Tandem. They sell both new and used books and offer trade credit.
Hub City BookShop
186 W Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306
The Hub City Bookshop is firm in its Southern identity. Run by Hub City Press, one of the south’s premiere publishing companies, they specialize in southern literature, literary fiction, nonfiction and history. All proceeds go towards creative writing education, community outreach and publishing.
Hub City Bookshop was twice named one of the “South’s Best Bookstores” by Southern Living and was the 2019 Bookstore of the Year by the Southern Independent Booksellers’ Alliance. They host over 100 events every year, including conversations with authors and publishing workshops.
