Welcome REALTOR® Barbara McFerron to Our Midtown Office

We are happy to announce that REALTOR® Barbara McFerron has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS®. She will be working out of our Midtown office as part of The Engage Group.

Barbara has over five years of experience in the Upstate real estate market. She brings a unique “builder’s eye” to our team, helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process with ease.

A Strong Background in Construction

Barbara’s knowledge of homes is generational. She grew up in a family of land developers and builders, where she learned the industry from the ground up.

  • Expertise: She understands the literal foundation of a home.
  • New Construction: She is a great asset for clients building new homes in Greenville.
  • Property Insight: Her background helps her spot potential in land and residential lots that others might miss.

A Focus on People

Since 2016, Barbara has put people first. She believes real estate is about more than just a house; it’s about helping her neighbors reach their goals. By joining the Upstate’s leading brokerage, she can now offer her clients even better resources and marketing tools.

Life in the Upstate

Barbara has lived in the Upstate since 2009. She loves the local community and enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandson.

If you see her at a local coffee shop, say hello! She loves a good conversation and is always ready to hear your story and help with your real estate needs.
