Cash grew up in Upstate SC and has called Travelers Rest home his entire life. He has personally witnessed the massive growth and economic boom the area has seen over the past 15 years. This firsthand local knowledge provides his clients with a significant advantage, especially when exploring the diverse neighborhoods of the Upstate. He ensures buyers understand the history, direction, and future potential of the communities they are interested in throughout the Greenville, SC area.
A Career Built on Passion, Not a Cubicle
Cash initially imagined a corporate career. This was influenced by his family of bankers. However, a semester of business school showed him that the 9-to-5 cubicle life wasn’t for him. Influenced by his father and godfather, both established Real Estate Appraisers, Cash chose to pursue his passion for property. He earned his Real Estate Sales license in December 2024. Nearly a year into his career, Cash has developed a clear philosophy for real estate in Greenville, SC. His goal is to ensure a smooth, memorable experience for every client he serves.
