Erica grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. While there, she learned to value family and developed a love for sports (Go Bengals!). Furthermore, she also became very interested in the world and the stories of the people in it. Erica believes that everyone has a story. Sometimes, people just need help sharing it. And that’s where she comes in.
A Unique Journey Through Hockey and Home
Erica’s life has been unique. Her husband, Dwayne, played professional hockey for 11 years. As a result, Erica moved often. Through this experience, she learned that buying, selling, and moving doesn’t have to be stressful. Instead, it can be an exciting new start!
Finding Home in Greenville
Thirteen years ago, Greenville, South Carolina, became their special home. Indeed, it was the first place where they both felt truly settled. Because of this, Dwayne changed his career, and they decided to stay and build their life here. Erica and Dwayne have three wonderful children: Sierra, who is 18 and will play college volleyball soon; Zayden, who is 15; and Skyla, who is 10.
Your Guide to Settling In
Erica knows how hard it can be to settle in a new place. She says, “After finding your home, you have to choose new doctors, schools if you have kids, and find things to do in your community. It can feel like a lot!” Therefore, Erica is here to help you.
Experience That Matters
Moving so often taught Erica many important things. She says, “Moving three or four times a year for 11 years taught me lessons that still help me help others today. Small details are important. People matter, and the connections you make with them are important. Anyone can find a house, but I want to help you find your home.”

Erica is known for being honest and wanting to help others. Her family jokes that she is very good at negotiating – it might even be her superpower! She cares about people, where they come from, and what they want for their future. Erica would love to help you with your next big step in buying or selling a home.
