A Journey to Greenville, A Passion for Home

Payton’s inspiring journey began in Akron, Ohio. She dedicated herself to being a full-time stay-at-home mom. Seeking a change from harsh Midwest winters, Payton and her family bravely moved 600 miles to Greenville, South Carolina. They immediately fell in love with our vibrant city, finding their new home here.

This deep connection to Greenville sparked Payton’s real estate ambitions. She knew her love for the city could help others find their perfect homes too. Payton then immersed herself in real estate studies, earned her South Carolina license, and turned her passion into a reality.

Skills That Deliver Success

Payton’s unique background gives her valuable skills. Her years as a stay-at-home mom and in the service industry honed her strong communication, quick thinking, problem-solving, resilience, patience, and multitasking. These qualities ensure top-notch service for her clients. Payton excels in negotiation, communication, and marketing, making sure every client feels comfortable and at ease when buying or selling a home. You can truly count on her every step of the way.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of work, Payton enjoys life in Greenville. She loves spending time on the lake, working out, and going on family outings with her husband and two children. Exploring Downtown Greenville for delicious meals is also a favorite activity.
