Dan Joyner established C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS in 1964. He started the company with one office and a staff of three. Through his commitment to quality, trust and a friendly relationship with each and every person he met, Dan built a successful real estate company. Fifty years later, C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS has nine offices and nearly 400 real estate agents serving the Upstate region of South Carolina.
A lifelong resident of Greenville, S.C., Dan was respected and admired by the entire community for his leadership, business values, character and unforgettable personality. He earned many honors in the real estate industry and was named as one of the top 25 Most Influential People in the Upstate by The Greenville News.
Dan’s original business values continue to drive the company’s vision and mission today. He established this company to serve the real estate needs of people living in or moving to the Upstate area and to do so with the utmost quality, integrity, professionalism and trust.
Danny Joyner has lived in Greenville all his life and is an alumnus of Furman University. Danny has worked with the company from his youth, starting in property management. He worked his way through the company doing appraisals, insurance and residential sales, and he started the commercial division in 1996 serving as President and general manager of the commercial division. In his years of brokerage, he oversaw numerous acquisitions including the property being used for the Kroc Center, the Historic Chamber Building and Kent Court, as well as development projects such as The Preserve at Parkins Mill and Ridgeland at the Park.
Danny became President of the C. Dan Joyner Company in 2010, and led the company through the transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS in 2013. Under his leadership, C. Dan Joyner continues to be the Upstate’s market leader* in residential home sales and is poised for continued growth.
David Crigler has been with C. Dan Joyner Company for more than 25 years and broker-in-charge for 16. Crigler has worked primarily in residential, but has experience in the property management, insurance, commercial, new construction, Fine Homes, marketing and residential divisions. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the residential division. Crigler works with the brokers-in-charge at C.Dan Joyner’s nine offices throughout the Upstate, as well as serving as broker-in-charge of the Augusta Road office.
David’s leadership has helped C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS continue to grow, attracting talented new and experienced agents and building market share throughout the region. David was instrumental in leading the company through its recent conversion to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
